This is an unique group which is termed as “The Mad House of Cricket Lovers” by the team members themselves. Formed in the end of 2017, they coined an unique concept of 30-30 over matches. This created a ripple through the cricket circuit. The format is so cleverly set that it has the charm of playing the longer version as well as it requires a bit of fireworks too for any team to score a decent total.

During the challenging times brought about by Cyclone Amphan, the Pitch Burners Cricket Team demonstrated its strong sense of community and social responsibility. The team mobilized its resources and members to provide much-needed relief and support to the affected areas. They organized relief drives, distributed essential supplies, and worked closely with local authorities and NGOs to aid those who had been severely impacted by the cyclone. The Pitch Burners showed that their commitment to social welfare goes beyond the cricket pitch, as they played a crucial role in helping their community recover and rebuild in the aftermath of the devastating cyclone.
